We’re looking for an ambitious, collaborative and values-led leader who can help Rainbow Giving grow its funding, partnerships and impact while remaining deeply accountable to LGBTQIA+ communities.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a national community foundation working to build a better-resourced, more sustainable and more connected LGBTQIA+ community sector.

An opportunity to make an impact

The successful candidate will ideally bring leadership experience in philanthropy, grant-making, a community foundation or a related field, as well as a strong track record in fundraising and building trusted relationships.

As CEO, you’ll work alongside our Board, staff, volunteers, communities, donors and partners to guide Rainbow Giving Australia through its next stage of growth and impact.
