GiveOUT Day

Lock it in your diary: Thursday, October 16.

GiveOUT Day is Australia’s national day of giving for LGBTQIA+ communities and initiatives. It brings together the LGBTQIA+ community sector, donors, workplaces, and supporters from across the country,.

With matched funding, fundraising tools, training, prizes, and a ready-to-go platform, GiveOUT Day 2026 will make it easier than ever for the LGBTQIA+ community sector to fundraise together and amplify collective impact.

Last year, GiveOUT Day raised $635,000 for 134 organisations. 2026 will be even bigger!

Sweat with Pride

You fought discrimination with perspiration!

A huge thank you to everyone who moved their way for 21 mins a day in June. By teaming up or going solo, you raised more than $220,000 for Australia's rainbow communities.

Walking, wheeling, dancing, stretching, cleaning the house like it’s cardio… if it got you moving, it counted! A huge thanks to those who also brought Sweat with Pride to your workplace, or hosted your own event.

Money raised through Sweat with Pride supports Rainbow Giving Australia and ACON, who power life-changing services that strengthen rainbow communities across Australia.

About RGA

Supporting community-led solutions

Rainbow Giving Australia supports community-led solutions by mobilising funding, growing skills, and expanding the knowledge base about the funding needs across the LGBTQIA+ sector.

We believe that the LGBTQIA+ community sector is uniquely placed to improve outcomes for LGBTQIA+ people and communities. However, the sector faces key constraints of limited funding, constrained organisational capacity, and gaps in funder understanding.

By reducing these constraints, the sector will be better resourced, more sustainable and better supported. Their work, in turn, will better enable LGBTQIA+ people and communities in Australia to thrive.

Help support a stronger, more sustainable future for LGBTQIA+ communities across Australia.

Your tax-deductible donation (or regular giving) helps Rainbow Giving Australia fund community-led initiatives, build organisational capacity, and strengthen the broader ecosystem supporting LGBTQIA+ people.
