Liv Clark-Moffatt (she/her)
CEO
Olivia, better known as Liv, is a queer cis mother of two with over 30 years experience in the for-purpose sector. Liv is passionate about community, inclusion and human flourishing. As a leader and executive in small and large community organisations, she has worked in community aged care and family services, the church, affordable housing, social enterprise development and philanthropy.
Liv has pioneered queer causes throughout her life, bringing radical inclusion to her local church, ensuring education, advocacy and safe places for queer people in aged care and family services and promoting queer causes in philanthropy.
Liv has also run her own consultancy, strategically supporting executives and boards across the for-purpose space. Liv is warm and personable, with a curious mind and big heart. She loves assisting individuals and teams to bring their best to work environments that are worthy of their efforts.
Liv is a non-executive director of three amazing for-purpose organisations: Now and Not Yet Social Enterprise Cafe; Southside Justice Community Legal Centre and Good Flock; an emerging ecosystem change agent against ageism.
In her spare time, Liv goes to musical theatre with her adult sons, gets lots of cuddles from her adoring Bernese Mountain Dog, hikes and enjoys Melbourne’s amazing food scene.
