Sean Lim (he/him)

Sean currently works in Finance at The Salvation Army, focusing on improving the revenue generation division to help fund their social justice work across Australia. After having contributed almost 20 years in the finance and banking for-profit sector, Sean is excited to share his passion and skills in financial reporting and data insights with Rainbow Giving Australia to build a solid financial foundation with good governance. He has previously worked at National Australia Bank, AMP, Wishlist Holdings and Ernst & Young across multiple roles in finance, data analytics, business improvement and customer strategy.

Sean is an avid volunteer, believing that giving back to the society that raised you is what matters most. He is a Board Director for St Joseph's Outreach Services where he chairs the Food Store redevelopment that provides free pantry and grocery items to the vulnerable; and as a Non Executive Board Director at the National Disability Services which is the peak body for disability providers in Australia.

Sean holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, is a qualified accountant with CPA Australia, and an alumni from Curtin University of Technology.
