Duncan Armour (he/him)
Duncan Armour is a senior marketing, growth, and customer strategy executive with more than 16 years’ experience leading brand and commercial outcomes across Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, and the USA.
He has held senior marketing leadership roles in complex, regulated environments, particularly within healthcare and adjacent sectors, where he has driven sustainable growth through disciplined strategy, deep customer insight, and integrated execution. Duncan is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening brand trust, and aligning marketing, digital, and customer experience to long-term organisational objectives while balancing local market relevance with scale and governance.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree, both majoring in Marketing, providing a strong academic foundation to his leadership approach. Duncan has a long-standing commitment to community and wellbeing, having volunteered with organisations including Aids Council of South Australia, ACON, and The Wayside Chapel.
He also holds a Certicate 3 and 4 in Fitness and has spent many years as a group fitness instructor, which has shaped his people-centred leadership style focus on health, resilience, and performance at both individual and organisational levels.
