David Cao (he/him)

David is currently the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Westpac Group. He partners with leaders across the organisation to build a culture of inclusion, increase diverse representation at all levels, and foster an environment where all employees feel safe, valued, and belong.

Previously, he was the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Bank of Queensland and held executive roles across strategy, innovation, and product.

David is passionate about enabling organisations and community to amplify inclusion, with a particular focus on intersectionality. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, music, and food.
